JITS has the expertise and machinery to repair, rebuild, or replace your existing components. From individual parts to the replacement of the entire water-to-wire package, JITS has the ability to deliver exactly what you need, within the dimensional constraints of your existing facilities.
All major turbine components can be repaired or replaced by JITS, including runners, nozzles, wicket gates, and wear rings. JITS also provides onsite services, including precision line boring. Before the runner is released for final machining and balancing, it undergoes non-destructive testing and heat treating.
JITS maintains an impressive array of high capacity, precision machinery, both conventional and CNC-controlled. We've recently Repaired the Runner of Malakand Hydro Power Plant which are generating OEM ratings.
JITS is an established company accommodating shop floor, office building, storage, Warehouse, Loading & Unloading area having full capabilities to Repair/Refurbish Gas Turbines Components and arrange spare parts in Pakistan.
